Location : Shimla (Himachal Pradesh)
Educational Qualification : 

Executive Trainee  : Graduate with two years full time Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism or Public Relations or Mass Communications from a recognized University/ Institute of India or Graduate with two years full time Post Graduate Degree in Rural Management or Social Work from a recognized University/ Institute of India.

Assistant Trainee :  Graduate Degree in any discipline from recognized University with Typing Speed of 30 wpm in English and 25 wpm in Hindi.

Age Limitation :
  1. Executive Trainee  : 40 Year
  2. Assistant Trainee : 39 Year

Age of Relaxation :
  1. SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
  2. OBC Candidates : 3 years
